Hi George,
I was hoping to be able to change/edit this “Event Submitted” text as well as it’s very generic and doesn’t explain what can/will happen next to the person submitting the events. I hope Modern Tribe can tweak this in a future release?Best,

I have the same problem. With the new 3.6 update, the website field in the Venue section of an event listing is displayed as html instead of as a link. Example: http://grab.by/xidm
This happens on all Event listings where there’s also a featured Venue.

I uploaded the zip to clean up the duplicates and also just saw that there was an ECPRO Update 3.5.2 to further address the issue. Hopefully this solves everything. I’ll posts again if I encounter any other problems. Thank you again for your assistance. I really appreciate it.Hi Casey,
I clicked the ‘Clear’ button in the filters area but that did nothing and the many duplicates for all recurring events are still being created. What else can be done?Casey,
So if I create a regular recurring event with a pattern such as this – http://grab.by/vWzS
Instead of just creating one new instance for however far in advanced I set in the settings (in my case 3 months), the software will create many duplicates (the same exact instance over and over) instead of just one as you’ll see here:

This happens for every recurring event (all my events are recurring in my case since they are for weekly or bi-monthly classes, etc). So today for example, I should have about 20 different recurring events being added to the calendar based on the recurring patterns I’ve setup. Instead though, each one of these events will be added as they should but so will many duplicates of each event (with the same date/time for its corresponding event). This has been a nightmare to clean up as I’ve attempted multiple times to delete every single event and reenter from scratch with this damn duplicates problem still happening. Please help.Hi Casey,
I deleted all duplicates and then updated all instances before upgrading to 3.5.1 directly from 3.4 as you recommended yet the recurring problem of creating duplicates still persists. I yet again have hundreds (and soon thousands) of duplicates. This has been insanely frustrating and time consuming. How can this problem be mitigated asap?Hi Casey,
The WP developer was able to downgrade Events Calendar Pro. Just to confirm – if I delete the duplicates now and then upgrade to 3.5.1 the recurring events problem of creating duplicate instances will be mitigated, right?Hi Casey,
I just spoke with the wordpress developer helping me out with my site and he said I should ask you for a copy of version 3.4 since he doesn’t have the ability to roll back his server. Is this something you can provide me with? The developer leaves on a trip tomorrow (Tuesday, April 8th) evening for a week so if I could get him access to version 3.4 ASAP that would be awesome. Just spent two whole days deleting and reentering all my recurring events and to my dismay the duplicates problem still persists. I’m sure others are having the same problem. I hope this problem gets a hotfix.Hi Casey,
The duplicates problem happens to every recurring event. I have over 100 recurring events. I guess I have no choice but to delete and re-enter all of them? This will suck. 🙁
