ParticipantHi,
thank you very much for your immediate repsonse!
This could definitely be a workaround, but first af all I have to become acquainted with Woocommerce because I have never used it before and am not sure whether it could be too “big” for our simple needs.

ParticipantHi,
thanks for that, but I should be able to prefill the obligatory RSVP fields (name and email) with the data from the additional information fields (first name, last name, email) that a user fills in.
As in Event Tickets there are no additional information fields this is not the place to customize I think.I just need the right file in Events Ticket Plus where I can customize this and where I can change the order of fields so that the additional information fields appear beneath all ticket types, not in the middle of them when I select the first ticket type.
Would be glad if you gave me a hint where these files are located.
Christopher
ParticipantHi,
Actually we don’t work with any files.
On site abc.com we have The Events Calendar with Event Tickets Plus installed, on site xyz.com we have The Events Calendar with iCal Importer installed. Now we use the Importer with an iCal URL of site abc.com to automatically import the events from site abc.com to xyz.com and display them in a list view.
As we don’t need any registration form on site xyz.com we don’t need to install Events Ticket Plus there. Could this be a reason for the problem?Thank you for your patience.
Christopher
ParticipantHi,
I basically use the iCal Importer without any specific changes.
Everything works fine (event title, description, details,…) except of the excerpt, which is not being imported. In this case your snippet unfortunately doesnt’t help at all.

ParticipantUnfortunately this doesn’t help because no visitor will be logged in.
Probably I can take your snippet and try to customize it for our needs or try to use Woocommerce for this purpose.
Nevertheless, thank you very much!
Christopher
ParticipantPerfect, I’m so happy with this – thank you very much!
Just one last question: what is the time period of the “recently published” events? A month or a few weeks or something different?
As I have to set an option for recurring imports I don’t want to miss any event.Christopher
ParticipantHi Geoff,
thank you for your immediate response!
The tutorial will help us in this case. For further improvement it would be nice to offer something like a drag and drop ability to reorder tickets in a simple way, just as an idea for a feature request.
Best regards

ParticipantHi Cliff,
thanks for your advice!
I have attached a screenshot from our form where you can see the issue.
A visitor selects one ticket, in this example for workshop 3 at the top of the form. Then the additional attendee information appears, which I have configured in ET+.
Unfortunately the standard RSVP information appears at the end of the form, below the other ticket options.
It would be nice if the RSVP information appeared directly below the additional attendee information.Additionally, why must the standard RSVP be filled out? For our needs it is unnecessary because we have to collect the first and last name of an attendee seperated in needs of ordering by first and last name.
Many thanks in advance!
