    Hi,

    normally the order of tickets is given by the time you add the ticket, right? So when I add five different ticket types, the first ticket I add will be the last one on the list, displayed at the bottom.
    How can I change this order? In some case I’d like to reorder the placement of the tickets during a registration period, but at the moment this doesn’t seem possible.

    Hi Christopher,

    Good question! You’re absolutely right: there is no direct way to change the order of tickets that have been created for an event.

    We do have a tutorial that allows you to change the order based on a few factors, such as alphabetical order and in order of price:

    thank you for your immediate response!

    The tutorial will help us in this case. For further improvement it would be nice to offer something like a drag and drop ability to reorder tickets in a simple way, just as an idea for a feature request.
