Hi Shelby,
Don’t worry 🙂
CesarParticipantHi Shelby,
Installing all from the scratch did not work. This is the troubleshooting I’ve done:
1) Twenty Seventeen activated.
2) wp-config.php >
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
However, none error file is logged inside wp-content as before, which means for me that there is no errors at wp’s level.
3) Disable all the plugin other than the modern tribe ones.
4) I’m having a console error.16:16:54.859 jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.1:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

Please take a look to the new System Information file.
Thank you.
CesarParticipantHi Patricia,
This workaround worked well.
Thank you.

Yes, that would be nice if we add this information in the knowledgebase.
Please let me know if there is any update. 🙂

CesarParticipantHi Patricia,
I tried to install the just released extension Calendar Widget Areas and I’m having the same problem. For information, Add a “View Tickets” link for viewing, printing, and downloading tickets is active in my website and I really believe this is the source of the problem.

Yes, the fields that I can import from FB is important because I’m going to develop function (I hope so) to import FB events in front-end. By the way, you don’t have something that does it?
And for your second request, you can find a CSV file example here in this knowledgebase article.
Perfect!
Thank you.
CesarParticipantHi Jennifer,
Unfortunately, custom ticket fieldsets are not available out of the box with Community Tickets. Sorry for the bad news! It would be possible with a bit of customization. We are not currently able to do customizations, but our themer’s guide has some great info to get you started if you’d like to give it a shot!
OK
Concerning “Ticket Fieldsets”, I sorted it out: now I can see custom fields in all the tickets. However, “The name and contact info of the person acquiring tickets is collected by default” option does not work.
I don’t why just attendee 1 is only collected.
Please see capture 1 & 2.
I remember there was an option during the ckeck-out to tell if collect or not all the names.

CesarParticipantHi Jennifer.
Please checkout what I see in Tickets section in front-end > Tickets Front-End.png (Request information for each attendee during registration option does not appear).
In WP Admin interface, it is the same case inside Ticket Fieldsets section > Ticket Fieldsets.png
Finally, when editing a ticket through wp_admin, I’m able to see the option > Ticket edit wp_admin.png
CesarParticipantHi Patricia,
After playing around with the plugins, there is a conflict between tribe-ext-view-tickets.zip and tribe-ext-select-ticket-providers.zip
Can you please try to activate both on your lab?
