Hi Jaime,
Thanks for getting back. Weirdly I’m not, despite not having tweaked or changed anything since my note. Thanks for taking a look – I don’t know what’s going on!
I’ll be back in touch if the problem occurs again.
Cheers,
Callum

That button doesn’t currently appear on the live site because the only event we have on at the minute is not ticketed. But if you could let me know for when I upload future shows with tickets, that would be great.
Thanks!

Thank you so much for your help here – it worked perfectly!
One final question, how do I get rid of the new ‘buy now’ button on the listings page, that accompanies events? E.g. in the attached screenshot from page http://www.handlebards.com/tickets?
I tried to get rid of it before, but I couldn’t get rid of only that button without getting rid of the ‘add to cart’ button on the event listing page. They seem to share the same / similar code?
Thanks,
Callum
CallumParticipantHi Shelby,
Thanks so much for your note. I’ve checked the site again today and weirdly enough the map seems to be back up and running properly. It’s a bit bizarre, as I haven’t changed anything on the back-end at all – so not sure where or how the system is changing itself!
Any ideas for future reference? Is it something server related perhaps?
Thanks for your help!

CallumParticipantHi Martino,
That is very kind and very helpful! My email is [email protected]. I really appreciate it!
Callum
CallumParticipantThanks Andras! That’s super helpful!

CallumParticipantHi there,
So I found out that the conflict lies with the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin. I have uninstalled it and all the map pointers are back up and running. Is there a way that I can install the Facebook pixel so that I can track ticket conversions without causing issues with the map-view of the calendar?
Thanks!
Callum
CallumParticipantThanks for letting me know Jennifer. I’ll take a look at all that.
Callum
CallumParticipantHi Courtney,
That worked perfectly – thanks so much!
Callum
CallumParticipantHi Geoff!
That was exactly the issue! Thanks so much for looking into it – and well done for the solve!
Much appreciated,
Callum
CallumParticipantThanks Geoff!
Here’s an event where it’s happening: http://www.handlebards.com/tickets/as-you-like-it-painswick-rococo-garden-30-june/
It works fine in Safari, but not other browsers.
I’ve tried to empty the cache of my WordPress and also my browsers directly.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Callum
CallumParticipantHi Stefanie,
This plugin seems to work: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/
Cheers!
