Overnight my map view has decided to only show one week of events towards the end of July. We have lots more events online spanning today through until September, but suddenly only a week of events is showing. All events are still present in calendar view and list view.
Please see from attached screenshot that only six events are showing in a specific geographic area, whereas really the map should look like the other screenshot (covering the entire UK).
Any idea why this is or how to fix it please? Need a solution urgently, as we’re selling tickets all the time and this error means that our customers can’t find the shows they want to book for.
I haven’t made any back-end changes to WordPress since yesterday, when the map was working fine – so shouldn’t be a plugin conflict I don’t think.

Because I’m unable to replicate this issue on my testing server, this seems that it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Would you please work through the steps here to test for a conflict? This will help me be able to better assist you. 🙂

Thanks so much for your note. I’ve checked the site again today and weirdly enough the map seems to be back up and running properly. It’s a bit bizarre, as I haven’t changed anything on the back-end at all – so not sure where or how the system is changing itself!
Any ideas for future reference? Is it something server related perhaps?

I honestly don’t have many ideas what might be causing this, other than possibly a site cache issue or if the database is having issues outputting the information for some reason?
