Basically, but you’ll want to use TRUE or FALSE. Here’s an example CSV file that you could use to pattern your file after: https://cloudup.com/crtlx5TBqne

Take a look at that sample file and let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

    wegoecono,
You can import the events with an Organizer and Venue via the CSV importer (you can only import the name), and then you can use the ‘Merge Duplicate Venues & Organizers’ functionality by going to ‘Events->Settings’ (screenshot). This will combine Venues & Organizers that have the same name, so you should be able to do the following:

    1. Import all of your events with only the Venue & Organizer name (make sure the names are identical if using the same Venue or Organizer)
    2. Merge Duplicates to combine Venues & Organizers
    3. Then add Detailed information (address, city, etc) to your specified Venues & Organizers

Hopefully that helps, and makes things a bit easier for you, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

    Emanuel,
You shouldn’t lose any configuration changes, but just to be sure could you set up a testing environment, so that we can disable plugins and your theme without affecting your current environment?

Please read here to learn more about why we ask users to perform this troubleshooting step.

    Thanks! 🙂

    Emanuel,
After logging in, I’m noticing that you still have many plugins activated on your site. Can you deactivate all non-Tribe plugins and switch over to the 2013 Theme, and then I can login and investigate further? Thanks! 🙂

    xumus,
I’ve put together a little code snippet that should show you how to do something like this. Take a look here: https://gist.github.com/ckpicker/b247169a4f124fa6ea7c My example shows you how to query Venues based on City / Country, and then use those Venue IDs to query associated Events.

Hopefully that points you in the right direction, but let me know if you have further questions. Thanks! 🙂

    bizsys,
Is this the same hosting provider? I wonder if there might be server configuration discrepancies (PHP memory limit, MySQL join limit, etc) that could be causing the issue.

Also, could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? I just want to confirm that this isn’t an issue related to your theme or a plugin conflict, but want to confirm before troubleshooting further.

    Thanks! 🙂

    jstack,
While we don’t recommend downgrading, it’s possible to do so by visiting your downloads page (or this page for the core TEC plugin) and manually installing an older version.

Just keep in mind that we can’t provide support for users that are running older versions of the plugin, since any issues you might encounter have possibly been fixed in the current version.

I hope that helps, but let me know if you have further questions! Thanks! 🙂

I’m seeing the following error in your theme: http://grab.by/z9hw

Please revert to the default 2013, and let me know so I can review further while the default theme is active. Thanks! 🙂

    gregoiregarneau,
If your issue is the same as the above please do feel free to monitor this thread, but if you need assistance for your own specific scenario it would be great if you could create a fresh thread of your own. Thanks!

    jstack,
Most likely. You could try renaming the ‘tribe-events’ directory in your theme to something like ‘tribe-events-disabled’ to confirm that this fixes the issue. Ultimately, since this does seem to be an issue related specifically to your theme, I would suggest reaching out to the developer of your theme to see if they can offer some more insight.

We’ll be happy to answer any other questions you might have about how the plugin works, as they investigate further. Thanks! 🙂

    xumus,
First, you’ll have to query the Venues custom post type using the Country post meta field as your search parameter, in order to retrieve the Venue IDs to use in your tribe_get_events() Meta Query.

Hopefully that points you in the right direction. Good luck!

    Thanks! 🙂
