ParticipantI’ve looked at the code to apply the fix detailed above but the line of code to be replaced is not on line 461 or even in the file indicated.
Nearly 3 months since this was reported – totally unacceptable that it’s taken so long!

That’s another 2 weeks on from my last contact and 2 months on from the problem being reported.

ParticipantI can only echo Penny’s frustrations regarding this issue.
My client is unable to generate sales reports for their events which is causing no end of problems.
I look forward to seeing a successful update in the very near future.It’s over 6 weeks since this was reported which is not acceptable.

Do you have any update on this issue? Like Penny, I’m not in a position to roll back to a previous version and it’s now getting to a critical stage as I need to export an attendee list that can be segmented by ticket type. It’s a fairly important feature and I’m now at the stage where I’m going to incur costs for a a work around.

Thanks for getting back to me. It would make sense to be able to filter by SKU or ticket type, probably more so than security code??
So my client is running an event. Within that event there are around 20 ticket variants.
The client needs to have a check-in list for each of the ticket variants.Previously, each ticket variant had been set up as an event in its own right so filtering lists was fairly straightforward. However, she has gone ahead and done it as one single event this year, put the tickets on sale and now has a number of confirmed attendees. Is there any way I could set up Events for each variants and move the tickets over to the new events?
The only other way I can see how to fix it is to extract the information directly from the DB and which will be a real pain.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
