Ok great thanks for all your help!
BenParticipantOk i’ve found how to upload a plug-in but what will this do? Will it overwrite the newer version? And will all our data be safe as we have over 2000 events in our calendar! Thanks.
BenParticipantHi,
Ok I found where you mean in the account section but that just downloads to my desktop, how do I then get that on WordPress?
Thanks.
BenParticipantOk great, where can I download previous versions? I’m not sure what you mean by ‘here’?
BenParticipantOk i’ve just noticed we need to update our license key but I can’t do that right now as my boss is away for the next 2 weeks. Is there any way to take events calendar pro back to the last version instead?
BenParticipantHi,
Ok thanks, it’s not showing that the Community Events plug in is out of date though? And no update option is showing?
Thanks,
Kelly.BenParticipantHi,
Ok thanks! I couldn’t get rid of the 00.00 as it was part of the date format but I changed the date format to 2015-06-01 and the time to 24h and it worked!
Thanks!
BenParticipantHi,
Yes sure thing, we only have start dates and start times not end dates and times (which usually works) and i’ve put them in the same date format that i’ve used before in the ‘Data Format’ settings in Numbers before I export to CSV.
Start Date Column: 04/07/2015 00:00 Start Time Column: 7:30 pm
Start Date Column: 06/07/2015 00:00 Start Time Column: 8:00 pmAnd yes everything is in different columns.
Thanks,

No it didn’t work it still says 12am-12am on the event you submitted!
Thanks.

I have just tried adding a test event where I put the times 12pm – 5pm in and when I have received the event in my inbox as I would any other to check it it says 12am-12am so it’s happening after submission.
Thanks,
Kelly.BenParticipantThat has worked a treat. Thank you very much.
BenParticipantOk. I worried that might be the case. It does seem an issue of at least medium priority since quite a few people have experienced the problem.
Recurring events certainly implies people are going to have a lot of events.
Anyway, I’ll check as to the status of query caching.
Ta.
BenParticipantIt’s only shared unfortunately. The ‘Advanced’ package: https://www.vidahost.com/web-hosting/overview
Thanks Barry
