    Hi Jaime,

The errors passed on above made it to the logs before I turned off the theme and moved to WordPress’s default theme.
I’m more concerned with the Javascript errors. While “Timer ‘Tribe JS Init Timer’ does not exist” is a JS warning, and not specifically an error, the other two (“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getFullYear’ of undefined” and “TEC Debug: tribe_ev.fn.update_picker sent “undefined” to the boostrapDatepicker”) are Javascript errors that point to either the button calling the function “update_picker” not being appropriately created, which in turn does not pass on the appropriate property, or to the fact that the property “getFullYear”, which I’m not aware of when is created, or by what script, breaking javascript functionality from that point onwards.

I’ve updated to the most recent version of the Events Calendar plugin.
I’ve managed to find the following:

    1. I can now see arrow and month name for months prior to current month.
    2. I cannot see the current month.
    3. If I click to navigate to the previous month, nothing happens. However, if I refresh, the calendar will load the month that was supposed to be selected.
    4. If I try to go past September 2018, I see the error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getFullYear’ of undefined at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> (tribe-events-ajax-calendar.min.js?ver=4.6.21:1)”.
    5. The li with class “tribe-events-nav-next” doesn’t get populated with an anchor tag.

Kindly waiting to hear from you.

    Thanks

    Hi Jaime,

We’ve run a few more tests. See below for the batch of tests, and results:

    1. We disabled all plugins on the website, except for the “The Events Calendar” and “The Events Calendar PRO”
    2. On the console, we’re seeing the following errors/warnings showing up:
      1. “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getFullYear’ of undefined”
      2. “Timer ‘Tribe JS Init Timer’ does not exist”
      3. “TEC Debug: tribe_ev.fn.update_picker sent “undefined” to the boostrapDatepicker”
    3. We proceeded to changing the theme to WordPress’s Default Theme, with the same results.
    4. We’ve tested with a fresh install of WordPress, to no avail.
    5. Debug messages are as below, based on the enablement of “WP_DEBUG” and “WP_DEBUG_LOG”, for our current installation setup (They won’t be helpful, we assume):<br>
`HP Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$cta_type in /var/www/httpdocs/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/basis/class/classFE.php on line 252
HP Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$cta_type in /var/www/httpdocs/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/basis/class/classFE.php on line 255`

Kindly waiting to hear from you.

    Thanks.

Hello. Our media partner tried installing the plugins on a new enviornment of the websites and there are still issues. Can they reach out to you directly? How would they do so? Should I just share them the login credentials for this site and have them login as us?

Hello Jaime. We are still having sync issues. Our web designers sent me the photo below. Is this possible? I am not sure what this means but we haven’t been able to successfully sync a Google calendar since purchasing the Events Calendar Pro.

Hello. How do I find the updates to the plug-ins? Are they on the Events Calendar website or in Word Press? Thank you.

Hello! The events in this screen shot are the only events on the calendar for the next 3 months that we are trying to sync. I set up the sync to go daily and it doesn’t look like anything is actually syncing because in Word Press for # imported, it says zero. Is this something we should address with the people who designed the websites ?

Why is “do not limit” for “import type limit” not recommended? I am not sure why we wouldn’t want the entire calendar for the school year to sync at once. I am not sure there is any point is keeping known dates hidden from families just because they are farther than 3 months out. Hopefully you can provide some insight on why it is not recommended.

I am pretty sure the initial sync I did is still running, even though it has been over 24 hours. Is that possible? Even if it is only importing 3 months of events?

I extended that setting to 3 months and some events were available to preview. Does that mean the calendar only syncs up to 3 months and not the entirety of entries on the calendar?

Okay. I figured out the correct link to import, however, now it is saying there aren’t any records to import, even though there are. I tried using the keyword search “school” because there IS an event on the calendar with “school” in it, but that didn’t pull any records either. Help please!

Hello. Just tried that URL and I am getting the same error I was before. What else can I do to get the calendar to sync?

    https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/info%40basisindependent.com/public/basic.ics

The Google calendar I am trying to sync isn’t connected to my Google account but I am trying to re-create the directions to her to give me the URL using my own Google calendar. The only link I see is “Public URL to this calendar”, which I am pretty sure is not in the format you said we need. Is that the link I should be using to sync?

Where do I go to get a link like that? This is what my g calendar looks like.
