MemberAh ok, looks like we posted at the same time there 🙂
So you’re all good on this front now?
Barry
MemberHi Nini,
Just to clarify – the problem as I understand it is that your custom month/single-event.php template isn’t being loaded (though you did find changing the core plugin templates directly worked – which of course we want to avoid 🙂 ).
You also shared the code for your custom override – http://pastebin.com/vJjByJfT – but I don’t see anything in this that is different from the original (there is no call to tribe_get_unslashed_event_link() in there for instance that I can see).
Based on what you’ve told me so far it looks like your override is in the correct directory – but that it is identical to the original (so you would see no difference). Does that make more sense?

MemberHi Grégoire – I’m not quite sure what you mean but perhaps if you could illustrate with a screenshot / mock-up of what you want here we could help – what I would ask is that you create a new thread for this.
Thanks – glad everything else is working 🙂

MemberBy the way, is there a way to set the orders to autocomplete after payment?
Again this really relates to the operation of WooCommerce rather than WooCommerce Tickets, but some people have had success with a solution produced by a third party (skyverge.com) – please see https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/complete-vs-processing/#post-54531
Barry
MemberHave you checked through your WooCommerce > Settings > Emails tab and ensured that everything is in order there? This may really be a question to take to their support team since it is related to the operation of WooCommerce itself.

MemberNo problem – it should also be easier to customize than working with a PDF, since it is generated by a fairly straightforward template 🙂

MemberYou can target table cells that contain a number of events with a rule like this:
.tribe-mini-calendar td.tribe-events-has-events { background: #074; }If you specifically need to highlight cells with just one event that would be a bit trickier (though still possible – but it would be beyond what we can help you with here).
Does that help?
Barry
MemberCan you try adding this either to the bottom of your theme’s stylesheet, or your custom tribe-events.css stylesheet (or some other suitable place)?
Does that help?

MemberHi kleverdog,
It looks like when you do that a correctly formed response is returned so I’m not sure why it isn’t updating the calendar.
I do note you tried deactivating other plugins – can you confirm if at the same time you flipped back to Twenty Twelve (and did this make any difference/allow you to isolate the cause of this problem)?

MemberHi Burnhamrichards, that thread probably related to our older 2.x version – loop-grid.php may indeed be what you are after now. You can get a good overview of the available templates and their roles in 3.x in our updated Themer’s Guide:

MemberHi brcc, I’m moving this one across to our Facebook Events forum where our expert will be happy to assist you 🙂

MemberHi Grégoire: sounds like perhaps a CSS issue where the widget is wider than the available space. I couldn’t see and example on your site though – is that because you removed it? Would it be possible to put it back in place (or perhaps do this on a test site if you don’t want to impact the live site) so I can see?
Barry
MemberGlad it worked for you – you’re completely free to do that, so long you set it to a figure that your hosting environment can reasonably tolerate (and is within any constraints that may be applicable).
The default memory_limit for PHP 5.3 is indeed 128M in any case and the main thing is that everything is operational 🙂
Since it sounds like your good @hallahund and it’s been a while without word from anyone else I’ll go ahead and close this ticket. Thanks!

MemberThat’s disappointing, but if you want to create your own thread (so you can share your URL with us) and are able to pinpoint the source of some of those errors then we could do our best to assist further.
