ParticipantI’ll mark this resolved for now, since I may not get to fix it immediately.

ParticipantThanks Casey. Sorry, here’s a screenshot of what the problem looks like:
http://i57.tinypic.com/dos4sj.png“View all events” is part of another widget, but the rest of it is the Events List widget, which should be showing a list of event titles with links.
I suspect that the link you sent will be the solution to the problem. It’s definitely challenging and somewhat costly to our client to keep up with all the updates and changes, but I appreciate your support, and of course the quality of the plugin itself.

ParticipantThanks for your reply, Kelly. I want to clarify that on the live site WP_DEBUG is defined as false, but the image editing does not work. After this change to the plugin it does work. It was on the dev site that I was able to identify the warning.
I appreciate knowing that the team is working on it, and I just wanted to add the info that the implications go beyond error display.

ParticipantThis behavior actually does happen from the event editor. I found that trashing a single event from the single event edit screen deleted the whole series. I had to advise my client to change the single event from published to draft, which had the intended effect. We also found that we were able to delete the single event after changing it to a draft without affecting the series, but while it was published it showed the unintended behavior, deleting all the recurring events even when selecting the option to delete only this event in the popup.

ParticipantYes, this would be an important fix. Thank you Dave for a temporary solution.

ParticipantI’d rather not use WP_Query, as the link above suggests. I came up with another solution that uses the tribe_get_events function and simply breaks the loop once it advances past the target date (today):

ParticipantBarry, that sounds very promising. Thank you so much for your help. I’ll give it a whirl.

ParticipantMy request: The ability to have an event recur indefinitely.
Use case: We’re a church, and have Sunday Services (and other events) every week. It would be very weird for people to see that Sunday Services will happen *until* a certain date!
