Thank you for the update Geoff. I would love to know if this feature is something you are considering for a future release?
The issue was resolved by giving the tooltip a bottom margin of 35px. The tooltip was obscuring the event title which is why we wanted the tooltip to be clickable then we added the margin and problem solved.
I figured it out how to get the venue in the photo view event title but am not sure what to do to remove the link from the venue title. This is the code that I used to get the venue into the title. <?php tribe_get_venue_link() ?>
This issue is solved.
I solved the issue by renaming the plugin folders to “events-calendar-pro-OLD” and “the-events-calendar-community-events-OLD” which deactivated them but DID NOT delete the events from our site which was a huge relief. Then, I installed the updated versions of both plugins. Once doing that I was able to get the settings page to come up so I could enter our license keys.That is it! I was not adding “month” to upload path. I added the venue to the titles, which is great, is there a way to remove the link in the venue name though and just make the link run across the entire title. For example, I would like the entire title such as “Shrek the Musical AT Alliance Theatre” to link to the event. Now, the text “Alliance Theatre” links to the Alliance Theatre venue page which is kind of neat but might be confusing to readers if they click on that part of the link and don’t see the actual event.
I added the code <?php tribe_get_venue_link() ?> as you stated but did not get a result. I uploaded the single-event.php file to: mysite.com/wp-content/themes/news-pro/tribe-events. Am I not uploading the file to the correct location?
For css changes (which are showing up fine) I uploaded the ‘override’ file to: mysite.com/wp-content/themes/news-pro/tribe-events/pro/tribe-events-pro.css and that worked wonderfully. It seems like I am not understanding where exactly to upload the edited month/single-event.php file.I’m not sure if this is the best way to fix that problem but we used the following css to remove the comma from the address. It also removes the comma between the city and state but that is ok with us.

}We got the calendar back up. Deleting both plugins and reinstalling worked.. all 5,000+ events are back up! I would LOVE to know when The Events Calendar (PRO) will be compatible with Thesis. We would really like to take advantage of the Map and Photo layouts and other features of the newer version of the plugin.
