ParticipantThanks Cliff – yeah nothing particularly urgent or catastrophic. Appreciate all your work on the plugin 🙂

ParticipantHi Geoff, thanks for your reply – are we perhaps able to work through it whilst we’re both here?
We’re getting a bit desperate as no one can self-serve to get their tickets – we’re having to manually resend them one by oneAdam

ParticipantHi there Geoff. Thanks for your help. I set up a staging server, pulled everything right back to zero, slowly added the ETP and associated plugins, with PDF, but unfortunately still not displaying a ticket at all. Just goes to a blank home page.
That said, it’s certainly generating the tickets, because emailed barcodes are working.
I’ve spent a good 6-8 hours.. I’m stumped.Adam
ParticipantThanks Cliff, really appreciate that!
Looking forward to trying it out, and love ETP so far!

ParticipantThanks for your help Victor.
There may actually be another way to do what I’ve been trying to do.
We do our events like attached image.
When the $10 tickets sell out, it goes up to $15 tickets.
I have been loading multiple tickets (multiple products), however is there perhaps a way instead to set the discount for one product, and discount only a particular quantity (rather than currently discounting by date)?
So we’d post up the one product, “General Release”, but then have a certain amount of tickets available with 50%, and then 25% discounts.Adam
ParticipantThank you Geoff! Much appreciated 🙂
