ParticipantIn the meantime, could you please try creating a new scheduled import from scratch and see if it works?
I did try this and it seemed to work one time – but then would not load.
Also, could you please let us know how many scheduled imports you have (or had before) at the same time? For example, do you have 30 or more scheduled imports that run every week, on the same day, at the same time? If so, please let us know about it.
I only have about 4 scheduled imports. At different times of day. Then I have about 30 manual imports. The manual imports are not working.

ParticipantI am having the same sorts of problems!
1) NEITHER On Demand nor Scheduled imports working.
2) This has started about a week ago.
3) I’ve refreshed FB connection – but no change. Also I deactivated everything but no change…
