    My licenses for event aggregator and EC Pro are up to date. BUT event aggregator is only offering CSV imports. Other choices are grayed out.

    I have deactivated all other plugins and it did not help. I also removed the License Key for Event Aggregator and put it back again and that did not work.

    Please help.

    Hi, Ellen. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    I see your EA license is connected to the opengatemediadraft2.com site

    Please go to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and disconnect this site from the EA license.

    Then, please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses and remove the license, save, refresh, make sure the EA license field is blank and the site isn’t connected at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and then re-enter the license.

    If it still will not work, I’ll issue you a new license.
