Hi Victor,
You don’t mention the screencapture I’ve already uploaded. Can you see it in my private message?
Let me know if you need me to upload another one, or email you one.It shows all of the current tickets sold, 3 total. 2 of them are titled “Event Registration (Member)” Two are sold, yet under “Attendees By Ticket” summary it says “Sold 4”
Additionally, the ticket for “Revel & Roll Networking Event” Sold 1 is listed, yet none are actually sold.
Orders that have been cancelled (or refunded, or deleted) still result in tickets that are “sold”
I tried deleting the attendee, but this did not work either. To be clear, my expectation is that when a ticket transaction is reversed (un-sold if you will) then that ticket sale should not be counted as “sold”.
Thanks,

March 29, 2017 at 6:46 am in reply to: Multi-day event only showing first day on ticket email #1261414PaulParticipantHi Hunter,
Thanks for the link to the extensions. This solved the problem by adding the event description to the emailed receipt. However the tickets email is unchanged, and only shows the first date – which is incomplete for a multi-date (not recurring) event. This seems to be a bug in my opinion.
I will mark this as solved, as the client/attendee has what they need in one of those emails.
Thanks,

PaulParticipantUggh – the mystery deepens.
I cloned the site, restored the latest versions of both ticket plugins,(which removed Ryan’s fix) added your code snippet, and now it works.
Not what I was expecting.
However, I did all the above when I should have been sleeping, so I’m going to have to look at it again when I have time, and my eyes are wide open.
Have a good weekend everyone!
PaulParticipantHi Geoff,
Last night I applied Ryan’s fix, which included going back to Event Tickets 4.1.3 and Event Tickets Plus 4.1.2. Now it works and the client can get their data exported. Since this is an ongoing event, I’m not inclined to change anything else at the moment.
However, I do want to be able to move forward with updates, so I will clone this live site so we can freely experiment with it. After cloning I’ll go back to latest versions of the ticket plugins, and we’ll go from there. Will let you know when the cloned site is ready – but it might have to wait until after business today. (not sure what time zone you are located, but it is currently 9am here)
Thanks,

PaulParticipantSorry – I thought this would be in context of the thread I was reading:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/additional-attendee-information-not-in-export/My client is also in dire need of being able to export the ticket data that’s been gathered.
Please advise.
PaulParticipantPerfect. Thank you !
