    Hi,
    We have a client hosting a two day conference, yet the tickets that are emailed out only show the first day. Attendees have complained that they need the duration of the event on the ticket for expense purposes.

    Also, the receipt email only shows the name of the ticket, and nothing about the event they registered for.

    How can we correct these issues?

    All the points you’ve made are valid, so thanks for sharing them with us. We have a few Extensions which might help bridge the gap, so check the out to see if any fit your needs:

    Add Event and Attendee Information to WooCommerce Order Details
    • Include Attendee Phone Number in the Event Attendee Report

    If you’re attempting to use PRO Recurring Events Knowledgebase article with ET/ET+, they are not fully compatible just yet. This also means we’re unable to support requests from users asking for custom work.

    With that said, try searching our forums in addition to general web searches in hopes o findingg a temporary solution. Once recurring events and ET/ET+ are fully supported, well update you here in addition to the plugin changelogs and Release Notes. Cheers!

    Hi Hunter,
    Thanks for the link to the extensions. This solved the problem by adding the event description to the emailed receipt.

    However the tickets email is unchanged, and only shows the first date – which is incomplete for a multi-date (not recurring) event. This seems to be a bug in my opinion.

    I will mark this as solved, as the client/attendee has what they need in one of those emails.

    Hey Paul,

    The date information displaying in the ticket email is due to the fact that ET/ET+ and PRO Recurring Events are not 100% compatible. We’re aware this needs addressed and have similar notes logged in the feature report.

    I’ll close this thread out but feel free to open a new one should the need arise. Cheers!
