Hi there,
I had a thread going regarding ticket stock getting reduced to 0 when trying to update an event and it was not solved yet. The tickets I see related to this issue are:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-reduced-to-zero/
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/version-4-1-2-update-ticket-stock-bug-re-occurrence/
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/when-i-click-update-on-any-event-my-ticket-stock-goes-to-0-on-that-event/I’m wondering if any progress on this issue is being made?
As a clarification, it only happens to events that were created before a certain update. All events created subsequently are fine. Maybe it has something to do with how the previous events were stored in the database? I’ve updated my theme to the latest version. I’m nervous about further updating the Events Calendar plugins as I seem to experience breakages.

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing your latest system information.
To answer for your question, for the most of our users, this issue is gone.
From our last exchange ( https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/when-i-click-update-on-any-event-my-ticket-stock-goes-to-0-on-that-event/ ) I had asked you to perform certain tests to try to iron this out.Unfortunately, the process stopped there.
Furthermore I am noticing you are still using version 4.1.1 of the Events Calendar plugin and version 4.1.2 of the Event Tickets plugin.Would you mind:
- Updating to the latest version of the Events Calendar and Event Tickets and see if that helps ?
- As requested before, going through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for getting back to us.
I am stoked to see that you found a solution to your issue. That was a lot of work. Kudos!
It does indeed look like there might have been some database corruption in the process of upgrading.
Normally this should have been dealt with by the upgrade procedure, we are sincerely sorry to see that it was not smooth sailing as it should have been. You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!
Geoff B.
