ParticipantI set up a few events for testing and assigned a ticket to each event. The WooCommerce product is created and shows correctly with the assigned price of $50. I will forward a screenshot of the event page (though some of the styling is not complete). When I add a ticket to cart, the price of the ticket becomes $0 (will forward a screenshot).
How can this be fixed?
Please let me know.

ModeratorHey Saar,
Unfortunately, we are not able to support conflicts with other plugins for numerous reasons. You might want to try searching around to see if any other users have experienced the same issue and come up with a resolution. If you provide the name of the plugin, I can try my best to help.
We have a 30-day money back guarantee, so if that ends up being the case, we’ve got you covered 🙂
Let me know how you’d like to proceed and we’ll go from there. Have a good rest of your day!

ModeratorHey Saar,
Welcome back. Rather than essentially rewrite what my fellow colleague Brian wrote, I’ll link to a specific answer in which he provides the step-by-step instructions for scanning QR codes with a mobile device app.
Please let me know how it works out for you.

ModeratorWelcome back,
Sorry to hear it’s not going to work out for you :-/
If you visit our Refunds page, we’d be more than happy to process that for you. Another option before you go that route would be to look at our list of customizers and see if anybody is up for the challenge!
Thank you for your patience on the matter and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!
