ParticipantI just purchased Event Aggregator, and am trying to quickly load in several iCal feeds. The three that I’ve tried so far are ending the same way – timing out.
I receive this message first: Your preview is taking a bit longer than expected, but it is still being generated.
Then this one: The preview is taking longer than expected. Please try again in a moment.
Then it goes blank and nothing. What should I do next to fix this problem? Or is there an issue with the add on?

ParticipantCan I please get a refund? I needed this calendar to be updated today, and I cannot get a single iCal feed to load.

ModeratorHi Haley,
Thank you for your purchase and sorry to see you’re having issues with Event Aggregator timing out. I’d be happy to help troubleshoot and hopefully get it working in no time. To identify if a theme and/or plugin is causing the issue, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Please include your System Information as a private reply.
Also make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
I’ll also try reproducing the behavior on my test site, so include some of the iCal URLs you’re attempting to import events from and I’ll let you know what I find out. If you’d still like to go another direction, you can visit our Refunds page and we’d be happy to process that for you.
Sorry again things aren’t working out at the moment and let me know how you’d like to proceed. Cheers 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
