The Events Calendar is not showing at all on the appropriate url. https://abilitymagazine.com/events/

I tried changing the slug, but same effect. I see that the tab is showing Events Archive. https://www.screencast.com/t/TYgQohVgA1

Is there a remedy for this? Will using the Pro Version with an embedded shortcode fix this?

    Thanks!

Want to Change the Yoast SEO. I deactivated that plugin and the problem was the same.

OK. I don’t really need support. I just need to know if a shortcode will work.

Can we get a refund if the shortcode does not work for us?

    Thanks.

The conflict you’re experiencing is most likely due to either a theme and/or plugin conflict. You can confirm this by reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide. Our New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO is also worth a read.

Using any of the shortcodes available for PRO would most likely display properly, but you’ll still want to address the issue at hand. Feel free to open a thread over at our TEC WordPress.org support page for more assistance. We offer a 30-day money back Refund policy which gives you plenty of time to test things out. Let me know if this helps and have a great weekend ahead!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
