Thanks Josh. I ended up figuring it out by adding some boilerplate meta for global stock and that solved the issue. I guess the fields just needed data wether we we’re using it or not so there was no conflict.
Now I have a particularly weird issue. When a non-admin user goes through the form and then an admin publishes the event, the Start Date resets to a random month @ 1, 2016, and End Date to Jan 1, 1970.
We’ve had some date resetting issues in the past and don’t recall how we solved it, but this one is particularly weird because of the Start Date resetting to the first of a random month in this year.

yvesrnParticipantThanks George.
I’ve done some extensive testing against themes/plugins/etc.
I only seem to have this issue when running our custom theme, but the source is from tickets.min.js — very weird. I see the uncaught reference when I click edit on one of the tickets. Some event info still missing too.

Still investigating on our side, but curious if you’ve seen anything recently that is similar?

yvesrnParticipantThe category selected disappears and so does the organizer selected. I selected those itmes during event creation, but also again on the edit event screen (front-end) and when I go back into edit they are blank/missing.
yvesrnParticipantThanks – that seemed to help some with date info, but still have missing meta for organizer and category.

January 21, 2016 at 7:40 am in reply to: Bug: Event Start Date & End Date reset when errors returned #1059959yvesrnParticipantWe’re having the same issue, but when switching to a default theme the problem no longer exists. I’m also not getting any errors, on page or console.
That still tells me it may be a theme issue on my end however. Can you provide us with more info on the bug? I have an urgency to fix this.

yvesrnParticipantHey Brian,
I understand.
Switching to checkboxes just shows 0/Free as an option.
I disabled WooTickets and nothing changes. The meta is still in that field by default while running WooTickets:
