ParticipantJust deleting from the attendee list. NOT refunding via WooCommerce. We don’t refund tickets through Woo, so that is not the issue.
wineschool
ParticipantLooks like we are narrowing in on the issue. On occasion, attendees are deleted manually from the attendee list.
Howwever, this behaviour isn’t simply when people are deleted from the attendee list. It also happens when I add or remove seats from an individual ticket.
wineschool
ParticipantTo clarify:
1. This issue began with the 4.0 update. Prior to the update, this behaviour did not occur in 3.*.
2. The inventory in Event Tickets Plus show a different inventory than the inventory in the Woocommerce product. As an example, I have 4 tickets showing in ETS, but when I click on “edit in Woocommerce” it shows that there are only 1 tickets remaining.
I am not sure how this could be standard behaviour. ETS and Woo should not be showing different inventories for the same product.
The photos I supplied also show the problem at hand.

ParticipantThank you for the starting point. I’ve brought in a developer to help me write the plugin. We are working on a beta release right now.
I’ll supply the repository link once we are a bit further on.
FYI, this was also feature request posted on uservoice: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6864872-shortcode-or-widget-to-show-available-events-not

ParticipantAny help would be awesome, and I will share the final project with the EC community.

ParticipantJosh,
THanks for the reply. I did a lot of research before I reached out, so I know that is the typical problem. All the orders were “completed” so that isn’t the issue. I have our shopping cart set to automatically complete all purchased orders, too.

ParticipantYes, I do run W3TC on our site. I did clear the cache. I also run Varnish and a CDN. I cleared the cache and rebuild the CDN. The errors still are there.
It isn’t isolated. Pretty much all recurring events have this error. I have created other recurring events for testing, and the “photo” and “list” views show the second event, not the first.
This started recently, possibly with the 3.5.1 upgrade.Seriously, your tech support and product are the best I have dealt with in the WP universe. If you are ever in Philly, I will buy you a beer… or five.

ParticipantI understand. Awesome product. Would it be possible for me to simply replace the TEC featured image field with the woocommerce featured image? Or to use a category image? If either of those are not possible, anyone you can recommend for this job?
wineschool
ParticipantJust to follow up on my original question. The issue was not related to TEC at all. It ended up being a templating problem.

ParticipantThank you so much for walking me through the logic of TEC and wootickets. I greatly appreciate the help.

ParticipantI’ll have to pitch in here, and I have the same problem. I reverted back to the Twenty Twelve theme, deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce, TEC, TEC Pro, and Wootickets. I removed all customizations as well. Wootickets is still not showing up after the recent update.

ParticipantWhoop! Barry you are a GOD. That works well, for both the photo and list views. How do I get this same language onto the calendar?
wineschool
ParticipantAppreciate the response. This is mission critical for me, so I greatly appreciate the help.
Let’s focus on adding a “Sold Out” notice on event pages other than the single event page.
Events would be marked as SOLD OUT in the List View, Calendar View, and Month view. The wording would be between the DATE and EXCERPT.
Here is an example of what I am looking to do: http://208.82.128.47/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/wsop-soldout-classes.jpg
Cheers.
