    Jaime,
Thanks for looking into the matter. Your response is most satisfactory and will let me respond to the concerns of the event organizer.

    Brendan,
Thanks for your suggestion about removing your plugins. I thought I would start with The Events Calendar since the issue is related to calendar entries. Well when I looked for the plugin, it was not there! I do not recall deleting it. I may have thought since we do not use the Calendar I could delete the plugin.

So I downloaded and installed The Events Calendar. Lo and behold the issue has gone away. Start and end dates now appear when I edit an existing ticket.

Thanks for your help in resolving this issue.

    Jaime,
I see where the ticket numbers increase (1088, 1089). I am not concerned with that.

My question is about the first six characters. Can I change 2016 to 2018?

    Brendan,
I am confused by your response. In earlier emails you had me test for conflicts by disabling all plugins except Tribe Events plugins and WooCommerce. I also used the Twenty Sixteen theme instead of my theme. During that test the error still happened.

You are now telling me that I “need to fix something in your theme or one of the plugins”. We proved earlier that the error is not in my theme or another plugin. ??????????????

    Jaime,
I was not asking about the ticket SKU numbers but rather the ticket #s that print on the tickets. I have attached an example. Note the number under the heading “TICKET #”.

How are these numbers generated? Do i have any control over the numbering scheme?

I did as you suggested and used WP Staging to create a test site. I then followed your “testing for conflicts” instructions and completed the following:
Step 1) Switch to the Twenty Sixteen theme
Step 2) Disable all plugins except Tribe Events plugins. (I also had to keep WooCommerce activated otherwise the tickets disappeared.)
Step 3) Clear your browser cache, and retest.

I still have the same issue. The start and end dates are blank when I go back to edit the ticket. I even created a new ticket and have the same issue.

Issue has been resolved. My apologies for bothering you. I always test each event by purchasing a ticket myself to make sure all the proper emails are being sent out.

I have been using your great product and setting up events for at least 3 years. The most recent was this past spring. So suddenly Gmail decides that emails from your software are SPAM and sticks them in my Gmail SPAM folder, which I never look in because all my Gmail is forwarded to Outlook.

    Again sorry to bother you.

I figured it. Sorry to bother you. It was the attendee detail. Forgot to provide the link in the ticket setup.
