customer name not being passed to Simplify Commerce

    Customer name shows up in Event Tickets Plus as well as in WooCommerce Orders list. Yet when our club treasurer logs into our Simplify Commerce account he sees all info from ticket purchase except for the customer’s name (see attachment).

    Is there something in Event Tickets Plus that is preventing the name from being passed? Is there tech support at WooCommerce or Simplify Commerce I can contact?

    Any assistance would be helpful.

    Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out!

    If I see correctly you are looking for the “Name on Card” data. This data is not handled by our ticketing plugin, but rather WooCommerce and Simplify Commerce.

    I would recommend getting in touch with them, here is where you can do that:
