    Just made a ticket purchase for a new event. Did not receive ticket in email. “Tickets” emails are enabled in WooCommerce. How do I correct this?
    When I click on Manage Tickets in WooCommerce, all I see is the following:
    “Email the user will receive after a completed order with the tickets they purchased.

    Subject
    Defaults to Your tickets from {site_title} ”

    Where is the content of the email stored? How do I change it?

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    To edit the ticket email, I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

    To safely modify the ticket email I would recommend you to make a copy of event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php and place that copy in [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php

    Open the file you just copied to your theme’s directory and modify lines you want.

    Issue has been resolved. My apologies for bothering you. I always test each event by purchasing a ticket myself to make sure all the proper emails are being sent out.

    I have been using your great product and setting up events for at least 3 years. The most recent was this past spring. So suddenly Gmail decides that emails from your software are SPAM and sticks them in my Gmail SPAM folder, which I never look in because all my Gmail is forwarded to Outlook.

    Again sorry to bother you.
