Peggi, I reverted back to the prior version of WooCommerce and it’s all working fine again. There is definitely an integration problem with the latest upgrade of WooCommerce and WooCommerce Tickets. (BTW, the site that I manage was launched back in September and this is the first time this has happened, which leads me to strongly concur that there’s an issue here.)
Good luck with your site launch!

February 11, 2015 at 12:54 pm in reply to: Issue after Event Calendar Pro to 3.9.1 and Event Calendar Tickets to 3.9 #941730wickedsimpleParticipantI should note that I also update WooCommerce today. After reading another community member’s post who is having the exact same issue, it appears that it’s with WooTickets.
here is the URL:

If you try to add the ticket to the shopping cart you get the Internal 500 Server Error.
Any assistance you can provide is much appreciated!

I have the exact same issue! Just happened today after the update. I’m hoping that there is a resolution!

wickedsimpleParticipantHi Josh,
Thanks for your reply. I tried to update both of the plugins to 3.9 (running version 3.8 on Events Pro and version 3.7 on Events Tickets) but this is the error message I receive when I try to update:
Downloading update from https://theeventscalendar.com/?pu_request_plugin=tribe-wootickets&version=3.9&pu_get_download=1&pue_active_version=3.7&pu_install_key=7235f6612648065447be1e5424d93d2a797482f5…
Download failed. Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
Don’t know why it won’t allow me to update?

wickedsimpleParticipantHi Geoff,
Thank you for warm welcome back!!That worked perfectly. Did exactly what I needed it to do. Thank you!!
DonnawickedsimpleParticipantSeems to be working for me now.
wickedsimpleParticipantYes….that is my same setup. (I have a screen shot to show you but don’t see how to add it into my response to you.) I had done this previously with other events and it worked fine prior to the upgrade….
wickedsimpleParticipantHi Brian,
It’s still not working for me. Oh well!
DonnawickedsimpleParticipantHi Brian,
Thank you! I did that and did a test purchase and unfortunately, the fields did not show up on the ticket. I have the email.php file in tribe-events/email.php. Should I have the email.php in tribe-events/tickets/email.php instead?Donna
wickedsimpleParticipantThanks so much, Brian. I created two additional fields: one is named Price and the other is Description. Where do I place these in the email.php file?
Thank you!!Donna
wickedsimpleParticipantThanks, Brook! Yeah….the programming for the API is going to be over my head!! But I think that maybe one of the plugins you suggested will do the trick! Many thanks!
