Recurring Event Not Working

    Hi all,

    Using Events Calendar Pro 3.8 and the recurring events aren’t working. I am trying to create an event that occurs every Wednesday starting January 7 until March 4 and when I set it recurrence to Every Week it doesn’t take. It just puts the event on January 7 and nowhere else on the calendar.

    Hi wickedsimple,

    I’m sorry you’re experiencing difficulties.

    Unfortunately I cannot replicate this: if I create an event taking place on January 7 (2015) and set it to recur every week ending on March 4 (2015) it works as expected. Here are my settings, for reference:

    Yes….that is my same setup. (I have a screen shot to show you but don’t see how to add it into my response to you.) I had done this previously with other events and it worked fine prior to the upgrade….

    Weird. It doesn’t seem to be a problem for me, when testing with our most recent releases. Is it possible that this could be due to a conflict?

    Can you run through our standard troubleshooting steps and, after deactivating everything else, try creating a recurring event as above and see if it then works as expected?

    Hello, same here.
    Using pro 3.6. – german. Also made the standard troubleshooting steps, but nothing changed. Recurring Events is why, we choose pro – but this feature doesnt work. Same setup. 1st event is showing and says it is a recurring event. Onclick on recurring event only the own with the starting date is showing.
