Also, can the Event Aggregator be used just to import everything I have from existing google calendars of my own? I see it’s limited to 100 per day, but I have calendars with a couple of thousands of events I need to import as a one off (even if it’s over a period of time) that will then be left alone. Is this the right option for me?

Thanks, it does. Hopefully people will think to look that bit further rather than just assuming there’s nothing there! Is it possible to change the word ‘tag’ to something else so that people might think to use it as a filter? Maybe to call it sub-category or something?

Well they are still there this morning so fingers crossed.

It did but I don’t think I tried adding any after deactivating it so I will add a few test events with everything deactivated and report back.

Now dropped downn to 127 events, even though I’ve changed nothing since friday. It seems that it’s deleting a whole day’s events – on friday night it had deleted weds thurs and sun, today fri and sat too.

How strange, I thought I’d replied to this last night! They’ve vanished entirely, front and back-end. I’ve tried resetting filters and that didn’t do anything either.

No, none of them reappear that way. I’ve tried clearing filters and it’s still the same. I’ve just gone back in and nothing more has been lost – still at 262 events, which is good, but still massively down from the 1000+ earlier.

Sorry, I did change it yes. I found that if I got rid of the cost filter it worked fine. I don’t know why but I don’t really need that option so it’s okay for me.

Additional info: these events also don’t appear on the calendar view until I reset the filters.

Update – I just worked out what it is. I had PRO installed under essexmums.org rather than http://www.essexmums.org and that was causing the problem. It’s all updated now!
