weezypopsParticipantSure, I’m guessing you would just need the database from this part of the site, not the whole thing?
weezypopsParticipantArgh, I’ve just gone to add a test event and now there seem to be other problems. When I click to make an event recurring, it just updates the post, doesn’t open the box to select the details. And there is now no text box for organiser and venue (see screenshot)
weezypopsParticipantOkay, I have the log file and it’s really big but it just occured to me that these are errors across the whole site, not just on this section, so is it all relevant?
This is the messages that relate to the events calendar but let me know if you need the whole thing!
[24-May-2018 02:09:54 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/essexmum/public_html/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Recurrence/Permalinks.php on line 30
Also, should I try adding another recurring event then seeing if I get more error messages then?
weezypopsParticipantThanks – sorry, it was my stupidity, I hadn’t disabled WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY
Should be running now so will report back!

weezypopsParticipantThanks, I’ve started a thread here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/recurring-events-110/
weezypopsParticipantOkay, I am fully updated.
I’ve added a test event and it’s successfully created future events, but I’m guessing I won’t be able to see if it’s worked for a month or so as this is what happened previously too! Is it possible to have this thread stay open until I can check?
On a separate note, the filter bar doesn’t seem to be working now I’ve updated. Is that something that can be addressed here, or do I need to start a new thread?
Thanks
LouiseweezypopsParticipantSS2 shows the front end of the event’s most recent occurrence.
SS3 shows a search which doesn’t return the event
SS4 shows the same search from October which does.Create recurring events in advance is set for 2 months but was previously set for 1.
weezypopsParticipantScreenshots:
SS1 shows the backend of the event, where you can see it’s set to recur every week with no end

weezypopsParticipantHi, they were all set to repeat indefinitely as they are ongoing clubs, classes etc. but didn’t do so. I had set it up to clean up after a month and repeat for a month (though thankfully the clean up didn’t do anything either as the events are still listed in the backend, so I do still have all the info.
weezypopsParticipantI have found that if I go into the event and resave it, it reappears on the calendar, but I don’t really want to have to do this 7000+ times, for it then to break again in the future!
weezypopsParticipantBut I have just realised that if I go into that event and click update, the event then loads. Which I guess solves the problem, even if I’m none the wiser as to why it happened in the first place.
