ParticipantHi
Thanks for the suggestions, however I realised on further investigation the cause was due to having set the end date for each ticket as the day of the event, so they had automatically hidden themselves as no longer available.
My bad!

ParticipantHi there
Thanks for this.
I applied the update and then deactivated the Calendar Plug-in – then went back to edit the page with Tickets added to it and found the Tickets module still there, so the fix appears to have worked in that sense.
However the problem I now have is that when I go to that actual page on the website, the ticket options are no longer there, so no tickets can be purchased. See http://flinthamshow.co.uk/buy-tickets/
Whilst this is not an issue right now, since the event starts in the morning, it is an issue that needs resolving.

ParticipantThank you Clement
I installed the Calendar plug-in and my missing modules for the Tickets, Yoast and the page content all reappeared. If I Dactivate the Calendar plug-in, they disappear again.
Not ideal as you say, as the Calendar was not required, but at least its a workaround fix.
Many thanks

ParticipantThanks, we added some CSS and all okay now.

ParticipantHi there, needed to allow Remote Blocking to see the QR codes! 😉
just need some advice for better mobile viewing – perhaps some extra CSS ?
Neil
ParticipantHi – check to see if your email client is blocking remote content.
I had the same issue, but allowing blocked content (ie.images) allowed me to see the missing QR codes.
Hope this helps.

Participant1 was not the case and 2 has resulted in no change.
What I did try though was going to WooCommerce > Products > Display and at the for Shop page, I chose Shop instead of the page called Buy Tickets.
This then enabled me to see the Tickets list and Add to cart button.
Checking through the whole purchase process has now worked fine. The page http://flinthamshow.co.uk/shop/ can’t be accessed by anyone but should anyone find it, at least it looks okay and links through to the page http://flinthamshow.co.uk/buy-tickets/
However, the Tickets were displaying full screen width, so have added some CSS
.cart { max-width: 1080px; margin: 0 auto; padding: 0 20px; padding-bottom: 4%; }This is now looking okay on http://flinthamshow.co.uk/buy-tickets/ but is not so great when viewed on mobile. Especially if you enter a number and then see the small space that appears for a persons name.
Any recommendation re settings to get a better appearance on mobile please?
One final thing, when the Tickets came through on email, there was just the wording QR Code Image, but no actual QR code showing?
Neil
ParticipantHi – any further advice please?

ParticipantHi Geoff
I’ve done that, as you’ll see here: http://flinthamshow.co.uk/buy-tickets/
however selecting a ticket/product does not then go through to basket or confirm the ticket/product has been added to basket.??Neil
