Sorry for my delayed response. I somehow missed your reply notification.
There aren’t any errors on the Importer System status (other than Meetup not being connected, but we aren’t using that–just Facebook).

https://www.facebook.com/MoisheHousePhiladelphia/Thanks for leading me in the right direction. I moved over to a staging site and eventually figured out there was some code in the header.php file in the child theme that was causing a conflict. Once I removed that, it seems to be working now.

It looks like it’s the Events Calendar Filter Bar plugin that is preventing the next month buttons from working. When I deactived just that one, the calendar worked fine (except for the funtions that we need from the filter bar).
All of our Events Calendar plugins are up to date.
The importer was working for a bit, but when we checked yesterday all of the recent imports were stuck at pending or failed. It looks like the last one imported 5/18.
We didn’t make any changes to the site around then, other than updating to the latest versions of the Events Calendar and Pro on 5/15. But it worked for a few days after that before stopping again.
Any idea what’s up?
OK now it seems to be working (both the import and the shortcode) with the latest versions. I didn’t change anything on our end other than updating the plugins again. I see there were some bug fixes April 18th that might of fixed our issues?

I deactivated all plugins (except for Modern Tribe Events Cal related ones) and switched the theme to Twenty Seventeen, but the shortcode issue was still happening.
I had already reverted the Events Calendar back to 4.6.7, so I tried also reverting the Events Calendar Pro a few versions back, and the shortcode started to work again. So it appears to be an issue between different recent versions of your plugins.
It seems we can’t update the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro and still use the Events Importer?
Also, I still can’t attempt imports on either site (live or staging) because it gives me this error:
“The daily limit of 100 import requests to the Event Aggregator service has been reached. Please try again later.”As far as I can tell, there are 40 scheduled but 0 successful imports on either one. So we should be well below our limit, right?
Also, I’m trying to run some tests on the importer, but it won’t let me run any more imports because “The daily limit of 100 import requests to the Event Aggregator service has been reached. Please try again later.”
None of those 100 imports appear to have been successful, so I guess they kept retrying until the limit was reached.
Actually when we did that, the shortcode we’d been using stopped working, so just this displayed on the front end:
[tribe_events]So I had to update the Events Calendar again, which stops the imports from working. Any idea when this import bug will be fixed?
Ok thanks! I downgraded and now the imports seem to be working as before.
I originally updated all the plugins because we’ve been having issues with duplicate organizers and venues for imported events, and other weird inconsistencies. We’ll be checking over the next few days to see if those issues are still showing up.

We have almost all of our events coming in through Events Aggregator, but Tribe 12 was the only organizer showing duplicates of venues and organizers. I had un-scheduled Tribe 12’s imports last week because of that malfunction. Today I reactivated Tribe 12’s scheduled imports and things seem to be working alright… although I won’t be able to test it properly until we schedule a new Tribe 12 event on Facebook, likely sometime this week.
The event I linked in my original message now redirects to a duplicate event that I created manually (as opposed to the broken one that was created with Events Aggregator). I was able to manually delete neither the organizers nor the venue duplicates on that original event, that is why I created the redirect.
That said, I never saw duplicates on any other event pulled in from Events Aggregator. And for now, I am no longer seeing issues with the Tribe 12 events pulled in from Events Aggregator. I will be back in touch if we notice more issues over the next few days.
