ParticipantI have the same issue. 7:15pm event gets imported into ical as an 8:15am event….
Tommy
ParticipantLeslie I’m also having this issue. Did you resolve this without the ball breaking “switch off all plugins and test”?
I don’t think it’s the plugins at all. There must be a setting somewhere or work around.
Care to share?

ParticipantKurtis please add ur website so we can look! 🙂

ParticipantI just realised i have only bought these:
‘WooCommerce Tickets & Event Tickets Plus’
That means i need to actually buy PRO for $89 right?
Is there a trial for PRO to test drive it?
Tommy
ParticipantBrilliant man you led me in the right direction. I added this to the custom css:
.events-list.tribe-bar-is-disabled #tribe-events-content-wrapper { max-width: 70%; }

ParticipantGotta love the irony here.. Carl has essentially hijacked this thread with his own problems because you guys had closed his thread to prevent it from being hijacked by other people with their own problems lol Brook your procedures do not make sense in the slightest and this thread proves it. Just sayin
Tommy
ParticipantYeah annoying when they close threads without solutions isn’t it..
Yeah my issue was different but i had that issue you shown above also. To resolve it, go to events > settings > display > make sure you use Tribe Events Styles
I was testing out the other styles then i came across that issue as you’ve shown above. Try removing that code from Avada and see if that display style works. Let me know how you go

ParticipantMan i’m sick of you guys closing threads like it’s going out of fashion… I found a solution and i came here to add the solution but another thread was closed and i can’t tell carl and future readers the solution: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-prices-not-displaying-on-latest-avada-theme-update/#dl_post-1014112
Can you tell your MT support to stop doing that? freakin hell… whats the rush to close every damn thread so fast especially when it’s NOT resolved? I’ve noticed this several times…
The solution is the template. Check image

ParticipantCarl i just created a ticket, i recon you should do that too right now.. that way they see people logging tickets for the same issue so they will get on it fast….. this is our fault for upgrading so soon zzzz i might revert back to last version

ParticipantI can confirm it’s Avada related. I tried TweentyFifteen and it works fine. Anything you can help us with? Or do we need to go directly to Avada?
