Excuse me, you want me to purchase the product AGAIN just so you can respond to me about an issue your product created and we have already been liaising on? It’s not that you are unable to provide support, you are choosing not to. You are more than capable of emailing me privately to continue to resolve this.
I’ve already lost a huge amount of money and hours trying to get your product working and now you won’t help me fix the issue your product created? Your terms & conditions explicitly state that in order to receive a refund I must cancel within 30 days. I tried for weeks to get it working, no one at your end was able to do so and now you won’t even tell me how to get rid of the problem that was created by your product because I abided by your own terms & conditions?

theplasticdiariesParticipantYes I understand the reason we need to test for conflicts in order to find the issue. I’m saying that I no longer wish to investigate the issue to find a resolution. I’m filing for a cancellation and a refund. For now I just want to cancel the “import” that’s currently underway so I can return to using the free version of the Events Calendar. Can you please tell me how to do that?

I can’t proceed with the Conflicts Testing Guide because I’m currently unable to follow the process of deactivating all my plugins and restoring to the default theme. This will screw up too many other things that will cost me thousands of dollars to get put back in place. I’m having so many issues with your add-on plugins and I’m considering I just need to give up trying to make them work. The original free plugin worked fine for me, it’s only since these add-ons that I’m having so many issues. For now can you just tell me how I can cancel the pending ones?

We’ve had some problems with that plugin since installing the purchased plugins from you guys and I’m wondering if it could also be the reason your plugins aren’t working at 100% for me either?
theplasticdiariesParticipantOk I’m up to the “Testing for Conflicts” part of your suggestions above. I’m finding it is working inconsistently. I feel very wary of continuing by deactivating all plugins and custom code – I have a lot of custom code and currently don’t have a developer to help me with fixing anything that may go wrong with the other functions of my site. I’ll have to try find someone who can help me with this. I really can’t afford to break my entire site for one bug that may be something you are already working to fix. Would you be able to leave this thread open until I get back to you? Thank you

theplasticdiariesParticipantHi Cliff, thank you for your response. I do appreciate it and I understand there is nothing I can do at this time. However, I did actually buy the PRO version purely for this feature. If it doesn’t work, what do you suggest I do about my subscription? Can the PRO part of my subscription be put on hold to commence after there is a fix? Thank you.
