This makes no sense as I upgraded my other two plugins after Dec 17th( in
Feb) and was able to get the discount with upgrade.I would have bought them at $170 if this problem did not occur. I would
like to pay $170 as it feels like you are taking this situation to
overcharge me.I have already cancelled the other order.
You coupon is still almost twice of what I would have paid.
Please send me a coupon so that my amount is 170.
Thank you

I cannot seem to add anything to my cart as it still says to it will expire in 2019. When I go to upgrade to Business ( This is why I get the price of $170) it won’t let me add anything to cart.
I really need to update my plugins as they do not seem to be working properly.
Please let me know how to proceed.

Ok it seems that my plugins have been renewed and I see a pending
subscription for $497.I am to pay $170 USD to renew 3 plugins.
Paypal said the payment did not go through yet.
I will put money on my credit card as this is what is tied to my account
and why it won’t go through to my bank account.Let me know what steps to take t make sure I do not get charged $497USD.
Thank you

I’m talking to Paypal now. I will let you know the answer they tell me
Jo
JohanneParticipantHello Victor,
thank you for that.
The Tribe Paypal Adaptive Payments is integrated with Events Community Events plugin, not woocommerce and not a third-party plugin.
I have a third-party Paypal adaptive payment that I have turned back on and that works no problem. But when I try yours, it does not work.
I have togged it off for now.
Let me know what the issue may be,
Thank you

JohanneParticipantHi Victor,
I have attached a screenshot of the checkout page that displays Paypal Split Payments. I took it off my last build and I can’t remember how I did it.
I tried placing this snippet:
$custom_text = array(
‘PayPal Split Payments’ => ‘Pay with Paypal’,
)But it did not work.
Let me ASAP.
Thank you

JohanneParticipantHi Victor,
Yes I have a staging site and I will be testing to see what plugins are conflicting. I will get back to you on this.
One other thing I noticed.
People want to exchange tickets. When you exchange the order to a new persons account, the ticket does not move with the order. This causes the admin to create a new order with the amount of $0 and cancel the order there exchanging from. This obviously causes errors in stock and inventory.
Let me know if you can put that in your upcoming fixes.
Thank you

JohanneParticipantHi Victor,
I see the message for some and but not for others. they have bought tickets to the event but I do not see it in their account.
When I go in and try to update a ticket, the page does not update. When you click the update button at the bottom, it looks like it’s going to spool but it doesn’t.

Ok let’s do that.
I went and started the voice topic. I think being able to get reports out faster and better will really give your plugin a boost.

JohanneParticipantHi Victor,
Thank you for the feedback.
Yes for the shortcode, it is from your list of shortcodes to use with community tickets.
It’s supposed to show the events that user purchased. But when I log in as a user, I don’t see the link. I only see it when I’m logged in as administrator.
Do you know why the shortcode is not working for my users?
Thank you very much

For the columns. I’m referring to the order page where you have the total at the end. Is it possible to create two separate columns? One for Ticket Face Value and one for Fees?
Let me know if this makes more sense.

JO
JohanneParticipantI see that this is connected with the shortcode [tribe-user-event-confirmations] – which does not work because I have logged in to RSVP/Buy tickets turned off
Is there a way that it can work without having the option of users logged into by turned on?
All users who buy tickets get accounts created upon checkout. If you want to submit an event you need an account.
What I don’t like is that the user can’t see the tickets before logging in which may deter them.
Let me know if you have a solution for this

Ok, thank you! I really want to help you guys make this system work at its best. I’ll be using it for a while so anything I can do to hep. 🙂
Thank you, Dirk, for your link.
We’re looking forward to a fix!
