Hello,
“The provided card was declined, please use an alternate card or other form of payment.”
I’m using Paypal and had no problem before. I do not have an alternate payment.
I would like to checkout and renew my plugins so I can update them.
Please let me know

I’m sorry to hear that you bumped into issues when trying to upgrade.
Please give me some time until I look into this. It shouldn’t take long.
Meanwhile I do that please also check in your PayPal account if you can find any further information on why the transaction was declined, and share it with me in a private reply here.
Thanks,

Ok it seems that my plugins have been renewed and I see a pending
subscription for $497.I am to pay $170 USD to renew 3 plugins.
Paypal said the payment did not go through yet.
I will put money on my credit card as this is what is tied to my account
and why it won’t go through to my bank account.Let me know what steps to take t make sure I do not get charged $497USD.
Thank you

Good to hear there is progress.
I do see your order for the 3 plugin renewal with some coupons and the order amount is the $170 you mentioned. However the order at the moment is in failed status and I don’t see your licenses renewed yet.
It can be that you will need to place the order again with the coupon codes you used. (I will also check this internally.)
If you use coupons then you will pay the discounted amount now. However for future renewals, if you don’t have any discount coupons, or you are not ordering a bundle, you will need to pay full price.
Let me know if there’s any news. I’ll also get back to you if I find out anything.
Cheers,

I cannot seem to add anything to my cart as it still says to it will expire in 2019. When I go to upgrade to Business ( This is why I get the price of $170) it won’t let me add anything to cart.
I really need to update my plugins as they do not seem to be working properly.
Please let me know how to proceed.
Cheers

Feb) and was able to get the discount with upgrade.I would have bought them at $170 if this problem did not occur. I would
like to pay $170 as it feels like you are taking this situation to
overcharge me.I have already cancelled the other order.
You coupon is still almost twice of what I would have paid.
Please send me a coupon so that my amount is 170.
Thank you
