    Hi George,

I just wanted to give you some insight on this past event I held.

    1. When a customer uses a coupon, the Order page still says they paid the full amount.
    2. When orders don’t go through Paypal (happen a lot) people choose credit card. (I am using PayPal Pro) When they finish their transaction, their Attendee information does not appear as a dropdown in the Attendee List Page.
    3. Right now I have 94 tickets sold by Woocommerce. But your reports show all kinds of numbers

I hope this is resolved soon as is makes it very difficult to pump out reports and trust the numbers I see.

I did research to find out what could cause the order not changing status. I thought maybe it was the IPN but it works fine with my PayPal Pro account. So there is something wrong with your Paypal Split Payments that does not trigger with Woo.

I understand Paypal is out of your control, but the plugin has PayPal integrated into it so the responsibility falls on your team to fix this problem.

    Thank you for your time

    Cheers

    Hi Brook,

Thank you for the response. I totally get priority and happy that it made it to the list! 🙂

I’m happy to hear that there is a fix. Right now I have taken off the limit for canceled orders.

    I await impatiently the fix!!!

    Thank you

    Hi George,

I’m using your PayPal Split Payments with Event tickets Plus and I’m using PayPal Pro for credit card transactions.

To test this, I’m curious: If you create an event with different types of free test tickets on your site, and then “buy” these tickets and manually mark their WooCommerce orders as “Complete” in the wp-admin, does this seem to work well in terms of having all of the order numbers consistent?

If I understand well, numbers do show right in Wocommerce. these are the numbers I’m using to keep track of my stock numbers since this doesn’t change when someone purchase through PayPal split Payments due to IPN not triggering.

    Keep me updated

    Thank you

    Hi George,

I’ve turned off the Autocomplete option in the Tickets Settings because it was making all orders go to complete, even before the customer pays. ( As soon as it leaves page, it goes to complete) So that’s off.

I’m using Community Tickets, yes. All the tickets I’ve created are from events. The other ones are test events/tickets and they have the same issues.

The PayPal Pro which I’m using for credit cards and does not allow splits, use to make the orders go to Processing and then I would go and complete them. This is what I want to get back. Now since I turned on nd off the Autocomplete option, The Paypal Pro orders got to Complete instead of the normal flow.

Somewhere PayPal IPN is not hitting your Paypal Split Payment therefore not coming back with responses and triggers.

Let me know if there’s any more information I can give you. I want to help you guys get this thing working!

    Thank you

    Hello,

I’m using Woocomerce Deposits which has a setting so you can set payment plans. I’m using this with a $400 ticket. The user can pay it in 5 installments. The system creates the installments at the time of purchase and they go into ending payment when the scheduled payment is due.

This issue happens with all orders, not just Partially paid ones. If the order goes through Paypal splits, it stays pending. If it goes through PayPal Pro (credit card) it goes straight to Complete order( not what I want but better that going canceled)

Quite frankly, I do not believe this deposit plugin has anything to do with it because it was happening before I installed it.

    thank you for your help!

    Hi George!

Any update on this? I’ve read some more documentation and I saw that when orders are refunded, they are not automatically refunded in Event Tickets Plus. this may be the reason to some of my number issues.

I have another event going on and I will check the numbers diligently to see if any errors occur.

Let me know if you have any news.

    Thank you!

    Hello!

    It’s been awhile!

I think (fingers crossed) I have found the solution. I have set my mail to send from Gmail and that has been working.

Thank you for your patience. I really hope you guys consider adding the tickets as a downloadable PDF. Many of my customers sign into their account to see if their ticket is there.

    Cheers

    HI Geoff,

Sorry for the delay in response,

I have fixed the https images that we’re not SSL

I tried using easy-wp-smtp but did not succeed. I will try again.

I have found a way to send the ticket to myself through the plugin Woocommerce Emil Customizer. I have no problem sending emails to myself and sometimes it works for the user. It seems that if ticket emails go out too often, they don’t get sent. Meaning after I send 2, the 3rd won’t go.

I’ll be back with my Easy WP SMTP update.

    Than you

    Jo
