ScottParticipant
Thanks for your help Victor. That didn’t quite fit our need, but we found a workaround using parent categories. (As a feature request: just as we can auto-assign an unique category per import, it’d be helpful to assign unique tag(s) too)
One new question…
For imports with an auto-assign category, can the system add the category instead of replace the existing category? For example, we manage 30 teams by assigning them their own category. And for a single event, 4 teams will attend. From a single google calendar, we have 4 separate imports scheduled for each team’s identifying keyword: Team-1, Team-2, Team-3, Team-4.
Currently:
– Scheduled import runs at 7:55pm, pulls up event for “Team-1” keyword — Assigns to Team 1 category.
– Next scheduled import runs at 8:00pm, pulls up event for “Team 2” keyword — replaces Team 1 category with Team 2.We’re looking for, 7:55pm import runs — adds Team 1 category. 8:00pm import runs — adds Team 2 category. Event is now assigned categories Team 1 and Team 2.
Do you have any advice here?
ScottParticipantThanks, Nico…
Back in my office this afternoon and will give it a shot.

Here is the link from where we downloaded it but not sure if it had been
updated since we obtained it. When I get to my office, I will upload the
actual plugin.Add Event and Attendee Information to WooCommerce Order Details

ScottParticipantGeoff…this is exactly the kind of customer service that will make me a lifetime customer. Thank you!!!
ScottParticipantAwesome…have a great weekend.
ScottParticipantThank, Nico!!!
ScottParticipantThanks, Geoff…
The multisite license is for all plugins? I purchased the Ultimate Bundle so this would be an additional $349 on top of the $829?
Best,
ScottScottParticipantGeoff…feels like you are going to blow my WP Multisite mind but how does one simply install a plugin on a subsite? I can only install plugins from the network admin > plugin page and then activate them on the individual sites…which is what we’ve done.
I have no option on the subsite to install plugins.
Also, how do I upgrade to multisite license and how much is it?

ScottParticipantHey Geoff…purchased the business license, installed on the multisite and activated on the two sub-sites we are using it on.
To be clear, it’s only active on https://sandiego.socalvbc.com and https://santabarbara.socalvbc.com
ScottParticipantThank you.
So, is there any way to create a query that will narrow a category based on the tags? ie. I only want to show the Practice category for indoor (tag), boys (tag).
ScottParticipantJust to clarify…if I create a recurring event with a ticket count of 28 for those events and do not make any changes to that event or break it out of the series, the event will issue the same type of ticket for each event up to 28/event?
All I care about for one of the recurring events is that a ticket is issued for the date that the user selected.
ScottParticipantThanks, Cliff…
As I can see from the included thread, this is a pretty noticeable
deficiency in the plugin.Just so I am clear, what is happening to a recurring event in which I’ve
attached a ticket? The thread says you can only book for the upcoming
events so if I have a recurring event on Saturday and Sunday with a a
ticket, what happens when a member purchases the ticket.Regarding your workaround, is there a way to break out all in a series or
do I have to do it one by one, manually?Look forward to this upgrade.
