ParticipantAwesome, this is exactly what I was looking for. I just swapped out tax_query for a meta_query and it worked great. Thanks!

ParticipantThank you so much, András. This worked perfectly. I wasn’t aware of the filter functionality regarding the WP GUI, since another developer implemented the plugin a long time ago. Thanks for helping me understand, and have a good day!
Anyone else looking for a solution, András responded with:
I got this info: “What that code will do is add a new filter to the backend Admin > Events > Settings > Filters area. When you go there, check the box next to the filter to add it, then hit save. Now the code should run when he visits a page with the Filter Bar.”

ParticipantI looked into that forum post, but I can’t seem to figure out where this code is supposed to go. I pasted it into my functions.php file, and swapped-out the function with mine, and it doesn’t seem to be running anything I put in there, even echoes. Am I missing something here?

ParticipantHello Nico,
It’s weird, because that part of the metabox doesn’t appear when I look. This is what I’m seeing right now.

ParticipantThanks for the quick response, Nico. I’m unfortunately not seeing this option on the even page in the WP backend. Could it be we’re not running the proper set of plugins to make this possible?
Currently Enabled Events Calendar plugins:
– The Events Calendar
– The Events Calendar PRO
– The Events Calendar Community Events
– The Events Calendar Eventbrite Tickets
– The Events Calendar Filter Bar
– The Events Calendar WooCommerce Ticketssparxoo
ParticipantThank you for all of your help. I appreciate it.

ParticipantI think this helps. Thank you for looking into this for me. Do you think that using it on a client website is considered open source or a personal project?

ParticipantHi Barry,
Thank you so much for clarifying this. I think it all makes sense to me now. I didn’t even notice that the email included the quantity of tickets as separate tickets.

ParticipantHi Brian,
Please ignore my last question. I think I figured it out. Sorry, I am a little new to hooks but I believe it makes sense now.
