Looks like an update was issued for Easy Appointments, all good now. Thanks!
SethParticipantHi Jaime,
I did what was recommended (copied lucatume files from EC to Easy Appointments) and I still go the fatal error:
Warning: class_exists() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /www/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/vendor/lucatume/di52/src/tad/DI52/Container.php on line 231 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function init() on array in /www/wp-content/plugins/easy-appointments/main.php:97 Stack trace: #0 /www/wp-content/plugins/easy-appointments/main.php(238): EasyAppointment->init() #1 /www/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(1897): include(‘/www/wp-content…’) #2 /www/wp-admin/plugins.php(172): plugin_sandbox_scrape(‘easy-appointmen…’) #3 {main} thrown in /www/wp-content/plugins/easy-appointments/main.php on line 97
Thanks,
Seth
SethParticipantHi Jaime,
Thanks for the response!
I went to the recommended thread and it references a library/folder that doesn’t appear to be in the most recent version of ECP (I updated both plugins – EC and ECP) – \vendor\lucatume\.
What should I do now?
Seth
SethParticipantIf you remove any overrides, it seems to eliminate the random data problem (at least it did for me). And if you configure the widget to show certain (in my case all of my) categories, it will display the events again.
SethParticipantSorry, I did make changes, on that note, not being a code, what do you suggest doing? Let the new widget takeover (ie. delete the override) and then make the necessary changes?
SethParticipantHi Casey – Noticing the same problem (ie. random, old posts showing up instead of events). I have not made any changes to the template files.
SethParticipantCorrection – It is showing old posts, NOT events.
SethParticipantCasey – I’m also having this issue using the “Events List” widget (configured via Appearance > Widgets. It appears that the widget is showing old posts and events.
SethParticipantHi Guys – Thanks for your help, got it all fixed! Even though the CSS file in the resources folder is “tribe-events-pro-full.css”, putting “tribe-events-pro.css” into the new directory worked. I also removed 99% of the override file to just include the 2 things I needed changed. Thanks again!
SethParticipantSure, what is the best way to do this? Deactivate + delete the current Pro plugin? Just “Add” the downloaded version as I would a normal plugin?
SethParticipantHi Barry,
The filename is “tribe-events-pro-full.css”. I do not see a “tribe-events-pro.css” in the plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources directory.
SethParticipantHi – So I made a few small changes to the widget (see here: http://www.corebaby.org). I successfully overrode the php file (changed h4 to h6). But I can’t get the css to override. I have the edited css file (tribe-events-pro-full.css) located in mytheme/tribe-events/pro and cleared my site cache several time. Any advice? Thans!
SethParticipantI do get an error on my license that says “Sorry, this key is out of installs.” Which is odd, because the key was bought in August.
SethParticipantI can do that. What should I back-up specifically? Everything or can I just back-up my events?
