I figured out where the problem comes from but still cannot solve it.

For some reason, it’s when I add the featured image of the event that the image messed all the layout up. If I add the exact same image directly in the description box, I won’t have this problem. Therefore it is directly related to the featured image I guess.

What to do?

Thank you for the fast reply, it’s really appreciated. I followed your steps and was able to debug the problem. I assume that once I do that for the ticket I’ve created, it won’t disappear on its own during the sale, correct?

Also, glad to hear some new features are coming up in 2017.

Hi Nico,

I installed Event Tickets Plus. However, a message displaying in the admin panel is asking me to install Event Tickets first to be able to configure Event Tickets Plus.

When I look in my “Downloads” in my account, I only have Event Tickets Plus and Woocommerce Tickets to download.

Any idea on what to do?

Thanks Andras. So if I understand correctly, I should remove WooTickets from my plugins and only install the Event Tickets Plus instead?

I will go ahead and install all the updates and get back to you.
