    Yes the problem still occurs with the normal theme.

    The shortcode on that page isn’t something that I installed myself. There is no shortcode on this page at all.
    The only thing I did on this page is assign it to be the calendar default page in your settings.

    i think that the problem comes from the URL where led to when clicking on the back to store link. It should simply be sacertified.co.uk/book-your-training, but instead it goes in this http://sacertified.co.uk/book-training__trashed/
    and that seems to be the reason why your products aren’t displayed properly.

    Hi Hunter,
    I had not done gone to the product page in woo commerce. I did everything from the events page.
    However after your post I had a look at the products page, which I had not even realized existed and sorted it there, so thanks.
    And just so you know the problem was still there even with the original wordpress theme.

    Ok managed to get my theme working again by uploading the original dashboard.php and extra.php files.
    But now I still have the archives problem.
    I don’t think that it’s a problem with the theme to be honest because when your plugin doesn’t interfere, it is showing the right title.

    URGENT
    I changed the extra file with the one you sent me and now my website has crashed.
    It is giving me the following message:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare screenr_get_actions_required() (previously declared in /home1/sacertif/public_html/wp-content/themes/screenr/inc/extras.php:720) in /home1/sacertif/public_html/wp-content/themes/screenr/inc/dashboard.php on line 95

    I reversed back to the old extra.php file but it still doesn’t work. help.

    I am happy to go without a QR code and am happy with that snippet so won’t open another topic.
    Will look into the woo commerce template thing, thanks.

    I wish there was a way to delete or amend those posts easily.
    Changed back to calendar being in the book your training page so check original system files please. thanks

    and if that option works, will it search the showing month only or the whole year?

    Yes it works, amazing, than you.
    If I wanted to be able to amend the same section for other emails sent such as customer invoice, could you let me know how to do it? I’m guessing same snipet only changing this section:
    add_filter(‘wootickets_email_message’, ‘woo_tickets_filter_completed_order’, 10 );
    function woo_tickets_filter_completed_order($text)

    If so, what should I replace it with for each email options please?

    Also, not sure if you’d want me to open a new thread for this but the QR code is not showing in the tickets email. It only says QR code image, check in for this event and scan in this QR code at the vent to checkin.
    To be honest, and this is suggestion only, it’d be nice to have an option in settings to select whether we want to use the QR code option of not.

    Hi, yes it was the problem indeed. thanks.
    I wish there was an easier way to upgrade though instead of having to install a whole plugin like this. There should be an option so that when you enter the key, it simply unlocks content on the event tickets plugin.
