ParticipantWhen I am in the cart and I click on back to store, it takes me to a page that is taking the text from the store page but then instead of showing the calendar (which I set up as that page for default), it shows some sort of shortcode instead.
Also the text is meant to be centered. It’s like all html is lost.

I attempted to recreate the behavior on my test install but was unable to do so. It is required that you review our Testing for conflicts guide to confirm whether there is a theme and/or plugin conflict. Please reply back with what you learn.
The shortcode you’re using is only valid with a PRO license. It appears you only have a license for Event Tickets Plus, so in order for the shortcode to work properly, you would need to purchase a PRO license. More info can be found here.

ParticipantYes the problem still occurs with the normal theme.
The shortcode on that page isn’t something that I installed myself. There is no shortcode on this page at all.
The only thing I did on this page is assign it to be the calendar default page in your settings.i think that the problem comes from the URL where led to when clicking on the back to store link. It should simply be sacertified.co.uk/book-your-training, but instead it goes in this http://sacertified.co.uk/book-training__trashed/
and that seems to be the reason why your products aren’t displayed properly.November 7, 2016 at 1:18 pm #1188792Hunter

If you have created a page with the same slug as what you’ve entered into Events > Settings > General > ‘Events URL slug‘, you need to delete the page. The plugin will automatically display events and if a page with the same slug exists, it will present problems.
