Hi again Victor and thanks for your feedback.
This is a very complicated issue as we run a city guide with multiple partners events and cannot aggregate all of them and then add the images.
What is the time-frame to get this up and running again? And is there anything we can do to actually get the image aggragation working?
    Best Regards,

Still the same issue here – any tips on what to do as on your own test-environments, the issue should be fixed already – getting a bit crisis here now to be honest!! Rudi

Hi again Courtney and thanks for update,
However, it seems I still have the same problems after updating the events calendar plugin.
    Reading the change/fix-log it seems that the issue should be fixed by now, but isn’t;
    1. Run import on scheduled import venues one by one manually doesnt work any longer (only says successfully queued)
    2. The Scheduled import doesnt work
    3. only option is to do new “One-Time” imports and find all 100++ facebook pages manually.

As mentioned, this has been a problem for months since you launched the new importer (the old one worked perfect), so its getting critical to get a solution to the problem.

Sorry about stressing out a bit, just related to not being able to support clients as they are promised.

    Best Regards,

    Rudi

Hi, I have the same issue for several weeks now – and now the manual import doesn’t work any longer here either – need to do new import for every venue in the aggregator list.
Any updates on this issue from The Events Calendar yet?
This is getting really critical here on my end as well now in regards to loss of clients.

    Hi,
I have the same problem – is there any news on the update-release. We are running a city portal and just went away from the old facebook-event-aggregator-plugin(worked really great with easy import of single event-id’s as well). Its crucial for us that this works. Is there any compensation on the plugin – as lots of consulting hours are being lost in trying to keep up to speed and manually import all events from partners and beyond.

Hi again Geoff – I can open the IMPORT SETTINGS and CSV tab, but it doesnt let me open the Facebook tab at all – it just loads for a very long time and ends up with this message:
    Error 503 Backend fetch failed

    Backend fetch failed

    Guru Meditation:

    XID: 274628701

    Varnish cache server

Under the settings page, all previous added Facebook pages are showing up as normal

    Hi again Geoff,
Not sure what is happening here, but dont think its a memory issue. Basically I’ve added the facebook secret and App id, but the list of facebook-pages and “add” facebook pages has disappeared completelety in the backend. Please suggest to me how you can get access to my site and check what is going on – all license keys + facebook-id etc. is ok.
