    Hi Patricia,
Thanks for your answer. Attached on this message is the requested image. However, I don’t see how some change on that area could solve this problem. I’ve tried different addresses, ways to write them and the problem still persist. In fact, I just wrote the very same address you used on the example on your message (exactly as you did), and nothing changed. Shouldn’t be any setup on that area which trigger the error because that form form is not the one being used, since the events and their corresponding venues are submitted via community events frontend form.
    Waiting for further help.
    Regards

    Hi Patricia,
Thanks for your answer. However the issue is still unsolved.
All my events have a venue, and all venues have an address. Each of this addresses is well written and can be correctly seen from google maps and from the map on single event view (in the small map beside the venue address), so I guess this is not the problem.
The ‘built-in feature for fixing broken venue data’ button not appear in my case, so I guess isn’t this problem either.
When I use the coordinates I copy/paste from google maps (opened using the link on the single event view) it works, but is not a viable option, since the whole purpose of using events calendar/events calendar pro/community events on this site is let the registered users publish their own events, without having to manually assist each of them. Anyway, perhaps the fact that it works with the coordinates sheds light on the real problem.

    Additional details:

    • There were several events that I created along the process of building the site, wich were always displayed correctly on the map. When, in January the problem appeared while adding an event (in front of my client), I changed the date of the previous working events to a future date, and these were not seen on the map either.
    • I have applied all the updates to date, still not working.

Today I published a new event with a new venue as sample to send you screen captures. I picked a valid address checked with google maps directly (from the center of the city of Santiago de Chile). As expected, it does not appear on the map view (main-view_NOT-WORKING.jpg). But on the map on single event view of the event, the address is displayed perfectly (single-event-view_WORKING.jpg). How that can be possible? Aren’t both maps generated by the events calendar/google api?
Hope your answer, I need to have this problem solved as soon as possible.
    Regards

    Hi,
I’m contacting you because it’s hard to believe to me that more than a week has passed and haven’t received an answer to this support request. May I remind you that is a paid plugin and, as your webpage states, the license grant updates and support for the period agreed (described on your website as “impeccable support”). Would be understandable if were a free plugin, but I payed license for 3 different plugins on a bundle. What I get is a week long wait? On Rainer Robert Schmidt discussion he received an answer asking a question he answered on his previous post (Update solved the issue? = No) and on Jan Gunnar discussion was answered with the “testing for conflicts answer”, just to make time. Why I’m assuming this? because the problem appeared on sites that were working as is, no change were introduced except the last ‘the events calendar’ updates. Why would be external changes the first guess then?
I understand the retreat deal, everyone need to rest. But a contingency measure should have been taken to respond this kind of urgency. We the clients use your plugins to work, and when your client is breathing down your neck a week is more than a professional or serious wait to have a plugin serving is primary purpose.
I hope to have a solution for this problem as soon as possible, for us all with the same problem. Would be sad to end with a negative opinion of a good plugin just because of improvable support.

    Hi Shelby,
In order to solve this plugin conflict, I’ve changed my template and now the main events page load correctly as home page with the method of “How Do You Make the Calendar the Site’s Home Page?”. Also, the filter bar loads fine.
But I can’t assing widgets to home page and only there. I’m using jetpack and, as you acknowledge on The Events Calendar with Jetpack it doesn’t work. The answer to this problem (“There isn’t much we can do about this at the moment.”) isn’t too much satisfactory, being TECPro a paid plugin, and a conflict with jetpack, the most popular approach to “per page-widget visibility”.
Being able to set the calendar as home page but not giving a straightforward method to customize wich widgets to have in this home page isn’t too useful.
I really hope you can help me with this, I’m trying to do this but I’m not good with PHP.
    Regards

Thanks for your answer Shelby. The knowledgebase article you mention were the instructions that I followed (without success). However, I did as told in the doc “test for conflicts”, and looks like a template conflict (loads fine on twentysixteen). But changing event template to “default events template” on events calendar settings makes the calendar load on home page (that’s good), but there are issues:
    -Filter bar doesn’t load
-I can’t find a way to load widgets on home page and only there (being “main events page” the home page). The only way to manage to load widgets is assign them to show in ‘all’ the site. Assign them to home just do nothing. Neither I can customize the appearance of the home page trough the framework I’m using.
Im using a yootheme template, with warp framework. I’ve read on TEC support forums about other users with TEC/warp troubles, but hasn’t helped me with this. Yootheme support has not covered this either.
Thanks for your help. Hope you can help me to solve this issue
    Regards,
