ParticipantFor now, I have deactivated the Event Ticket Plus plugin to restore the live site but unaware how this will affect ticket sales at this time.

ParticipantHi Guys,
I resolved my issue, turns out it was the display settings chosen with the theme we’re using.
Thanks,
Justin

ParticipantThanks for the guidance Barry, will do so.

ParticipantHi Barry,
Thanks for this BUT where do I access these files?
Would they be within the duplicated folder placed within our theme as advised by the knowledge base?
It is my understanding that there are WP plugins available to customise the register/login pages but I still don’t understand how that would apply to what you suggested above or how remove the links/text boxes on the event calendar.
Remember, i’m still a newbie to your plugins & WP moving from Prestashop.
Any specific guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Justin.

ParticipantP.S Same goes for “Register” too guys.

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Apologies for the delayed response but it was plugin “Yoast SEO” that caused the issue, all resolved now.
Thanks,

ParticipantP.S. Which files do I edit to remove the text “site fees”?
Thanks,
Justin.
Justin
ParticipantHi CLiff,
This works PERFECTLY!
Will this be affected in future updates?
How do I keep aware or notified that an update will mute this plugin?
This is HIGH PRIORITY for us.
Thanks,
Justin.
Justin
ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for your reply.
Yeah, this formula doesn’t work for us.
The site needs to charge 1.40 per ticket per event not per single event transaction as you state.
Therefore
Event One: Ticket @ 5 x 5 + Site Fee 1.40 x 5 = 25 + 7 = 32
Event Two: Ticket @ 7 x 3 + Site Fee 1.40 x 3 = 21 + 4.20 = 24.20
Total Purchase = 56.20
How do WE fix this?
Thanks,
Justin

ParticipantAll Sorted
Justin
ParticipantHi CLiff,
I’m sorted mate.
Thank You!
Justin
ParticipantHi Cliff,
I found this Event Website URL but I don’t understand your definition of “DEPRECATED”.
If I remove this snippet from that file, does that remove the “Event Website URL” section on the Event Submission Form?
Thanks,
Justin.
Justin
ParticipantThanks Cliff, I’ll give it a shot.
