Sue HoughParticipant
Thank you, Mary and Jennifer, for the assistance. I added Jennifer’s workaround and it corrected the issue.
Jennifer, here are answers to your initial questions:
- The evens were created via the backend
- It was occurring on all of the events that used the Event Ticket Plus plugin
- I tested the site with the default theme and all of the other plugins disabled before I created my thread
Thanks again, I appreciate the help.

I’m annoyed that most of these were posted after mine and have at least gotten some kind of response, even though it’s a canned response, but at least it is something. You guys realize this is a paid plugin, right? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Sue HoughParticipantHey Tom,
Just curious if you had any luck with this? I’m experiencing the same issue.
Thanks!

Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I with that plugin after coming across this thread where it was recommended: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/email-notifications-going-to-the-event-organiser-and-not-site-admin/
Basically, I want an email to automatically go out to all subscribers when a new event has been created. Using the Better Notifications for WordPress plugin I have been able to pull in the title and a link to the event but I haven’t been able to figure out how to get the start and end dates.
If there is another way to do that not using the plugin, I am open to it.
Thanks again!
