Can you please share with me which versions of both plugins you are using? Also, how is ‘Max Mega Menu’ affected (doesn’t work at all, display issues, etc)?

A personal license is the way to go if you are going to use it in just one site. If your organization is not a business you might be interested in knowing we have a Nonprofit Partnership program that allows approved organizations to use Events Calendar PRO for free, as well as providing discounts on our other plugins. Although we cannot provide technical support on the pre-sales forum, I can suggest some troubleshooting steps that will surely help you out. Most probably you are hitting a formatting issue in the CSV file. To double check on this please try importing from our sample CSV files and see if that works as expected: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/

.. ups, i wanted to say, that my events have no recurring pattern!!
Thanks for clarifying! It’s surely possible to define ‘custom’ arbitrary dates for the event to take place in Events Calendar PRO (recurrence is a feature of PRO). This article is a great source of info about recurring events β Using Recurring Events in Events Calendar PRO. Apart from the patterns (daily, weekly, etc) there’s a custom option to define an arbitrary dates for the event to take place!

I’ve reached out and discussed this with one of our devs. Apparently the fix is not so straightforward as it seems. In some cases (ie: unlimited stock) stock function can return an empty string, and we should account for that and document the output of such functions to reflect this. Long story short, I just logged a bug ticket to get this fixed, and QA’d properly.
