I am looking at your plugin for a client and have been testing it out.
I have tried to upload a CSV (of 108 events), I can map the fields out (which is a bit of functionality that I love). However after the import process only 5 or 6 events have been added. When I go to history there is a red icon which say import failed but no more information.
Please can some one help me rectify this so that I can test out your great plugin.
Thanks for getting in touch with us, and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
Although we cannot provide technical support on the pre-sales forum, I can suggest some troubleshooting steps that will surely help you out. Most probably you are hitting a formatting issue in the CSV file. To double check on this please try importing from our sample CSV files and see if that works as expected: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Unfortunately the example CSV which contains 10 events, only imported 5 of them. The help Event log (which is set to Full Debug) doesn’t seem to log anything at all. My PHP settings are below:
max_execution_time = 60
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 100M
